Legal issues and consent:

As health care providers and licensed psychologists in the State of Arizona, The Nicholls Group and staff are required to follow the procedures of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act ("HIPAA") and Arizona State Law. All clients will be provided with a "Psychologist-Patient Services Agreement," which addresses issues of consent to evaluation/treatment, confidentiality, records keeping, fees, parents/minors, and other important information. It will be important for clients and their families to review this information, and ask questions about any issue or concerns.
