Psychotherapy/Counseling Services

We help children, adolescents, and adults overcome problems in daily life and strive to be the best versions of themselves. Through talking with a psychologist, individuals can learn about specific strategies to address multiple concerns as related to stress, self-esteem, anxiety or depression, social skills, maladaptive behavioral patterns as well as family conflict or parent-child relationship struggles. We utilize research-based techniques to teach strategies and tools that help make life’s challenges seem lighter and more manageable. We avoid a “one size fits all” approach, and tailor our interventions to the specific needs and desires of our patients. We also collaborate with other treatment providers such as primary care physicians, psychiatrists, counselors, tutors, occupational/speech/physical therapists, or other professionals you may already be working with. The Doctor’s hourly rate will apply for each session (typically 50 minute sessions with 10 minutes of note-taking) and our current price is $350.00 per hour. While we do not accept insurance, you may ask your provider about reimbursement possibilities.
